If you have not received one or both codes, press the Cancel button and check the phone number and the e-mail address you entered. If they are correct, repeat the registration by pressing the Sign up button, otherwise correct them before continuing.
Some e-mail systems may confuse the e-mail containing the code with an unsolicited e-mail message. If you have not received the code, try also checking in the Junk Mail (Spam) folder of your e-mail address.
If the data are correct but you still do not receive the codes to complete the registration, contact us through the Support section.
Data to check
Some contact data are awaiting your check. Complete the operation through the verification SMS or e-mail received on the corresponding devices. Only after your confirmation you will be able to use the service correctly.
