What is it for?

The service allows 112 and Italian emergency number operators to know that the person who is asking for help is deaf. In this way, those who respond implement all the necessary precautions to intervene in a useful and appropriate way, without wasting time and without the need for intermediaries.

Why is it important?

To be rescued faster. The emergency number operator knows that those who ask for help are deaf even before he answers the phone and this saves precious time. Furthermore, many of your data are already available to you!

To be helped in the right way. Knowing that you are deaf, the emergency operator immediately initiates a text chat to talk to you. Thanks to the chat you can also receive useful images waiting for help and answer extremely simple and fast interactive questions.

To be traced easily. When you call 112, your geographical position is sent to the operator, so that rescuers can reach you as soon as possible. How does it work?

1.Sign you up

Both registration and service are completely free. You will only be asked for information to help you in case of need. You can also log in with your social profile or with your SPID. It is essential to have a mobile phone number with an active data connection.

2.Complete your information

After registering, you can integrate your data, modify them or remove them.

3.Call 800 800 112 in case of emergency

Call from the mobile phone number you registered in your profile and keep the data connection active. If necessary, rescue workers will already know how to help you in the most effective way.

Who can sign up

Registration is free and reserved for anyone who, due to physical condition, is unable to speak or hear in the event of an emergency call. There is no age or place of residence.
Each person receiving the service can register only once and for a single mobile number.
